Today Nikolaeva has prepared a tasty pizza, it is a delight with tomato, mozzarella, sausage slices and mushrooms in a pan.
For the preparation of this delicious pizza we used a strong flour with forty-eight hours of maturation in the cold. After having waited a few hours for rising, We laid the foundation, we added the tomato, the sausage cut into slices not too thick, we added our mushrooms previously sautéed in a pan with a little oil, garlic salt and parsley, Finally we added the mozzarella.
