During the practices of our lessons courses individual we have prepared this delicious pizza. It is a classic, made from mozzarella to which we added the crumbled seasoned sausage and Pachino cherry tomatoes.

For the base we used a well-hydrated dough with 36 hours of maturation behind. After having laid the ball of dough we added ingredients. Below the video of the making of this succulent pizza.
