Preparation of pizza carbonara.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Fry in a pan without oil the bacon cut into strips.
After spread the dough on your pan, add the tomato, cover with a layer of mozzarella cubes, pour evenly over the egg mixture and cream. Add the strips of bacon (without oil).
Bring your oven at a temperature of 200 degrees and bake your pizza for 15 minutes or until the edge prove to be perfectly golden.
