The preparation of sweet and sour sauce is simple to make at home:
Thesweet and sour sauce It is the typical sauce of Chinese origin very good to combine with dishes from neutral or salty taste.
Simple and quick to prepare, and you can adjust the density at will, during cooking: if you like more fluid just cook less, if you like the densest, continue cooking.
Once prepared, thesweet and sour sauce, It will keep for 4-5 days in a refrigerator.
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of corn starch
- 100 ml of water
- 50 ml of white rice vinegar
- 40 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Put the cornstarch in a saucepan, add water and melt it.
- Combine the vinegar, sugar, the tomato paste and salt. Mix well.
- Put the saucepan on the stove, low heat, and bring to a boil without stirring.
- Cook until it begins to thicken and veil the spoon.
- Put the sauce in a bowl, Cover it and let it cool.
- Store in refrigerator and use within 4-5 days.
