  1. E’ absolutely true, the pizza should not be frozen, but, if it is really necessary, ( Too much dough ) you spread it out,and then, you put it in the oven for 6/7 minutes, when you need it,you take it out of the freezer, 15 minutes before, season it, you bake it and enjoy it.
    I guarantee you that it is very good.

  2. As Fabio said, we know what we put in it and we don't throw anything away and also sometimes it happens that we don't have time or just don't want to cook. But I don't think seasoning it first and freezing it is the right move, self-respecting housewives simply let the dough rise and, once flattened, freeze it.
