Today's delicious vegan pizza
The pizza Sabina made today is truly delicious, suitable for those who follow the vegan and non-vegan diet. It is a pizza with a Genovese pesto base with a grilled potato topping, Red peppers, and cherry tomatoes.
Vegan Pizza with Pesto, Potatoes, Peppers and Cherry Tomatoes
After having spread the disk of dough, using a spoon, add the pesto, stuffed with previously grilled potatoes and finish it all off by adding the cherry tomatoes.
Bake in a hot oven until golden brown, take it out of the oven when ready and serve the still hot pizza to your guests.
