Pizza With Sausage Tomato Mozzarella and Tomatoes

Let the delicious pizza today. He was a guest in the laboratories of our school pizzaioli Mr. Andrew, who is playing the practical course to become a pizza maker. This morning we cooked a great pizza, we're talking about a classic margherita with the addition of well-seasoned sausage and cherry type tomatoes into wedges added after cooking.

To prepare dough we used 48 hours of high-temperature baked maturation in wood stove. The result was really good as you can see from the video below that we have added in case anyone wants to replicate this weekend.
