How to prepare this tasty pizza at home.

The preparation of this pizza for lovers of the characteristic taste given by gorgonzola cheese together with pears is very simple and does not involve any difficulty., you can simply prepare it even at home.

A good tip for making pizza super tasty, is to choose ripe pears, being soft they will be easy to mix and add to the gorgonzola. So let's briefly summarize the preparation: Roll out your base, add the mozzarella, gorgonzola, the pears ripe and put into the oven.

Bake briefly in a good pizza oven and add the fresh rocket when it comes out. Serve hot. Avoid adding oil, gorgonzola already contains enough fat.
