The preparation of the focaccia, It is one of the simplest things to do, flour, water, sale, extra virgin olive oil and a bit of yeast.
Focaccia Italian Classic Recipe
Ingredients for the dough: 350 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 210 Ml of water and a bit of yeast. Few ingredients, but good(flour and oil quality)
The dressing: Olive oil, coarse salt and rosemary.
**Each type of flour absorbs water in varying quantities. Always check the right consistency of the dough.
The preparation: Mix the ingredients and let rise for about an hour.
After the rising phase, roll out the dough in a greased baking sheet with oil.
Let stand for another 30 minutes, practiced dimples with the pads of your fingers, seasoned with olive oil, salt and rosemary and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15/20 minutes, until the surface will be perfectly golden.
Serve hot, warm or cold. Fantastic breakfast, at lunch, a merenda o a cena, but there is nothing better than an aperitif with a cake accompanied by a glass of white wine.
