Pizza Stuffed With Tuna and Tomato Mozzarella. Ugh it's hot!! We are in the middle of summer, with temperatures sometimes reaching 40 degrees. In our "School of Pizza Makers"We struggle daily against climate warm and that of our wood-burning oven.

Today, along with Leandro who just this week is playing the practical course to become a pizza maker we decided to cook a pizza to fight this oppressive heat. It is a fresh pizza, suited to this climate.

Our pizza today is part of the category "Stuffed Pizzas" and the ingredients for the preparation are: Tomatoes of cherry type, mozzarella mozzarella diced, tuna slices with extra virgin olive oil, salt until oil and rosemary needles.

Just this morning in Our School of pizza we decided to prepare this delicious specialties. Along with James who came from Malta to attend one of our Professional workshops using a dough with a long maturation behind we have patiently waited for the long rising and then we spread the pizza.

To fully enjoy the flavor of the sardines have prepared the most classic seafood pizzas on which we added grilled sardines. Immediately cooked in high temperature wood stove our pizza was ready in just over a minute.
