In preparing this pizza we have deliberately used the mozzarella not too soften the slightly spicy taste of gorgonzola.

The preparation of this delicacy begins well in advance, we used a good mix well hydrated and mature 24 hours in the refrigerator. After a long rising we spread the ball of dough, and we added the ingredients.
