Focaccia With Dried Tomatoes and Marinated Anchovies. When it's time for an aperitif, there is nothing better than a focaccia that whets our palate, maybe it goes perfectly with a nice glass of red or white.
During the professional practical courses in our pizza school, it has been customary for some time now, that of taking a short break for an aperitif. It seems like something everyone likes, so why not continue with these pleasant things!
Today during the practical course, after a quick look in the fridge at the available ingredients, the choice fell on one of my favorite pizzas, focaccia with dried tomatoes and marinated anchovies.
Focaccia As An Aperitif
Very easy to prepare, and as I usually do, below you will find the video of the preparation in case you want to prepare it at home next weekend.
There are only two ingredients to prepare for the topping: Dry tomatoes, marinated anchovies, oil, salt and rosemary.
